$10 for all USPS small priority box return shipments additional fee for other packages depending on value and size
UPS or Fedex, Saturday Delivery, or other additional options will be additional fee that the customer must be responsible for all charges.

Generally, you order will be shipped between 1-3 business days (same day if possible). If the product you order happens to be on backorder, we will notify you immediately and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute the backordered item for another item or cancel your order. All orders go through an address verification system in order to protect our customers and the company against fraud. We reserve the right to cancel an order that is suspected to be under fraudulent activity.
Returned products must be complete in the original packaging with paperwork and in unused condition before 7 days of receiving item.

Art Brown is not responsible in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment. We have insurance on all shipments.
We have a return policy money back warranty. At Art Brown you will find only the finest jewelry, purses, watches and men’s accessories. All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects, faulty workmanship and authenticity through shipping. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 24 hours upon item(s) received prior to shipping back the returned items. After we instruct you how to precede the returns, simply return the unused item(s) in its original condition within 2 days via USPS Priority mail for a refund, shipping not included.
Please note 15% restocking fee charge on returns after we have processed payment. If there is any mechanical issue we will repair if within 7 days upon receiving item.

We always use Tracking, Insurance & Signature Required for all of our shipments.
